Faculty reserve requests: Placing items on reserve for your students
Last Updated: Aug 10, 2023 Views: 172

Faculty may put material from the Library’s Collection (books, AV material) or their own material on reserve.

Reserve items may be used within the Library only or may circulate for a one or three day loan (please check with your Campus Library).  Allow a minimum of four business days for processing. If an item will be in high demand, please use a ratio of one copy per 30 students.

To put an item from the Library Collection on reserve for your students:

  1. Fill out the Form to Place an Item on Reserve. In the case that an item is not available at the time of the request, it will be processed as soon as it is available.

To put your own material on reserve for your students:

  1. Ensure that the material complies with any copyright clearance if applicable.
  2. Bring the material to the Library and fill out the Form to Place an Item on Reserve.
