If you are having difficulty logging in to the Library to view search results, to renew, to request items, or view your account, there are a few possible issues that may be causing the problem.
The User ID box Does Not Accept Your network ID

Students and Staff/Faculty
- Your login information should be the same as your College Network Account.
- Clear your cache and try logging in again.
- Try logging in with a different browser. Chrome or Firefox are recommended.
- If none of the above solutions work, contact the Library.
Do you have any fines with the Library?
Having unpaid fines could block your account. Contact your campus library to pay your fine.
