Printing Error: Reimbursement Request

If you encounter an error while printing at a campus printer (for example: the printer ran out of paper or toner) please note the printer ID and other requested information regarding the printing error. 

Go to and fill out the online Printer Error Reimbursement Request form. Information Technology Services (ITS) should respond within 5 business days. 

Note: Refunds will not be given for user errors.
