If you encounter an error while printing at a campus printer (for example: the printer ran out of paper or toner) please note the printer ID and other requested information regarding the printing error.
Go to https://www.algonquincollege.com/student-print/requestform/ and fill out the online Printer Error Reimbursement Request form. Information Technology Services (ITS) should respond within 5 business days.
Note: Refunds will not be given for user errors.
