Booking a Meeting Room: Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Submit Your Request

  • Select a time slot on the booking grid found on the Meeting Room webpage and fill out the required information to submit your booking request.

Step 2: Verify Your Booking

  • Click the Booking Verification button by visiting the link in the verification email within 15 minutes of the booking. Otherwise, your booking will be automatically cancelled.

Step 3: Check In When You Arrive

Scan the QR code on the sticker located on the meeting room door and input the code provided in your confirmation email to check in within 15 minutes of the start of your booking time. Otherwise, your booking will be cancelled, and the room will be made available to others.

Visit the SLC Kiosk in the main foyer on the 2nd floor of Building C or send a chat message on our website during business hours.
