Booking a Pembroke Campus Group Study Room: Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Verify Your Booking

  • Click the Booking Verification button by visiting the link in the verification email within 15 minutes of the booking. Otherwise, your booking will be automatically cancelled.

Step 3: Check In When You Arrive

  • Scan the QR code on the poster located beside the whiteboard in the group study room and input the code provided in your confirmation email to check in within 15 minutes of the start of your booking time. Otherwise, your booking will be cancelled, and the room will be made available to others.

Please note that the outer doors to the Pembroke campus building are locked one hour prior to the campus' closing time. If you are booking a study room within the last hour of the day, please ensure that you are inside the building before the time that the doors are to be locked. Those already inside the building can remain until close.
