Both Tutors and Tutees can cancel a tutoring appointment in the Peer Tutoring Booking system 24 hours in advance. Less than 24-hour cancelations are not allowed, and tutees are not eligible for a refund.  

• Cancellation procedure:  To cancel a tutoring appointment, click on the bin icon next to the session in your Dashboard in the Peer Tutoring Booking system.
