Computer loans: Borrowing a laptop while yours is being repaired

If your computer is broken and is being repaired, you can get a loaner laptop from IT Services (ITS). Loaner laptops are only available to Full-Time, BYOD students that have paid the full-time technology fee. To obtain a loaner laptop:  

  1. Student must provide a copy of the repair authorization form for the laptop being repaired or receipt of purchase of a new laptop.
  2. Bring the receipt or work order to the ITS Service Desk and they will loan you a laptop while yours is being repaired, for a maximum of 14 days per term. An extension can be provided if requested in writing before 14 day period ends.
