Timetable information: How do I read my timetable?
Last Updated: Jul 29, 2025 Views: 6

Watch the video and read the information below to find out how to understand the information in your timetable.

You will find your timetable in your ACSIS account, under View Timetable.  Your timetable will show the following information:

  • The course code
  • The day and time when each of your classes will take place
  • The location, which could be one of the following
  • The room number (if your course is on campus)
  • VRTUAL (if your course has virtual lectures)

You can change the view of your timetable to display as a list, a calendar by week, or a calendar by month. Courses that are offered online will not appear in the view by week or by month, as they do not have scheduled times during which you need to attend.

On the same page in ACSIS, you will also see a list of your courses, which will include the following information:

  • The course code and name
  • The name of the professor
  • The instruction mode of each code (e.g. standard, hybrid, etc.)
  • The start and end dates
  • The deadline to withdraw without an academic penalty
  • The course outline

Tip: AC Day 1 and statutory holidays are also reflected on your timetable.
