Instructions: How to log in to the program withdrawal or program transfer form

There are two steps to accessing the withdrawal or transfer form:

  1. Log in to the Algonquin College Student Information System (ACSIS) to get your username and password.
  2. Open the form and log in.

If you already know your Algonquin Student email and password, you can skip to step 2.

Step 1: Logging in to ACSIS and finding your email and password

  1. Navigate to algonquincollege.com, and click Current Students
  2. Scroll down and click ACSIS
  3. Type in your student number.
  4. Enter the password or your birthdate:
    • If this is the first time you log in to ACSIS, you don’t have a password set, so you will need to enter your date of birth.
    • If you have logged in to ACSIS before, enter the password you set previously. If you can’t remember your password, click Forgot my password
  5. Accept the terms and conditions and click Continue. If you’re a new student, you’ll be prompted to set up a new password now.
  6. You will now see the ACSIS homepage. Click Network account info on the left. You will see your user ID and initial password. Your email address is your User ID followed by @algonquinlive.com.
  7. Keep this tab open, so you have easy access to your login information.

Step 2: Open the withdrawal or transfer form and log in

  1. Open the email you were sent during your withdrawal or transfer meeting.
  2. Click on the button in the body of the email to open the form. Note: Make sure you’re not logged in to any other Microsoft accounts in this browser, or the form will deny you access.
  3. When prompted, log in to the form using the email and password you just found in ACSIS.
  4. If this is the first time you log in with your student email, set up a verification option when prompted.
  5. Once you’re logged in, you will see the form. Complete the form online and click Submit
  6. Your form will be automatically sent to the Registrar’s Office and they will process your program withdrawal or transfer.
