You may be able to open the link and see the login screen but have trouble actually logging in. If you sign in and your login credentials don't work, make sure you are using the correct login information:
- Check for typos in your email and password. For example, your email should end with “.com” not “.ca”.
- Check ACSIS, under Network Account Info, for your email and initial password.
Remember, your student email is your user ID followed by "@algonquinlive.com" (e.g. smit0001@algonquinlive.com)
You may also have trouble signing in if you enter the wrong password or if you can't remember your password. If you change your initial network password, the new password will not show up in ACSIS. You can reset your password using the following methods:
- Reset the password yourself by clicking "Forgot your password" and following the directions on the screen.
- If the method above does not work for you, contact ITS for assistance.
